Dr Kim Chen originated from Taiwan.  He attended Queen’s University Medical School and completed his residency training in University of Calgary by 2008.

He then started practicing medicine in Vancouver as attending physician at UBC Hospital and as family physician in Burnaby.

In June 2018, Dr Chen received the 10 Year Service Award from Vancouver Coastal health for his services to VCH Hospitals.

In addition to Family Medicine, Dr Chen has special interest in aesthetic medicine (Botox & injectables), and treatment of varicose veins of the leg
